Tinder Post-DMI Solstice Openhouse a Success!
Monday 25 Jun 2012, Doug

Tinder, together with Woofter Architecture, hosted a post DMI conference/Summer Solstice openhouse in our Olympic Mills offices. Many fine foods, great beverages, and cross-polinating ideas were shared. Thank you to all who attended. Please mark you calendars for next year - June 21st, 2013 :-)

I love the energy... a little scary but without this kind of thinking, how would the world leap forward in many small and important ways?
Tinder attends the Transit of Venus
Tuesday 05 Jun 2012, Doug

Although it looks like a undergrad study of figure/ground relationships or an iconic representation of "dynamic composition", Tinder went out to observe the actual once-in-a-lifetime event without the aid of computers or complex technology. Conclusions: Venus - small, Sun - big. Its just really cool to see it in person and feel connected to the immensity of the cosmose in such a tangible way.

The next transit of Venus will be in 2117. If you hurry out now you may be able to catch it (Caution: do not look with your naked eyes. Build a viewer: http://www.lifeslittlemysteries.com/2443-solar-eclipse-viewer.htm

Tinder Participates in Portland's first Product Camp
Saturday 12 May 2012, Doug Cooke

Along with 60 or so product managers and other business types, Portland's first Product Camp (the un-conference) was a success! Attendees proposed, voted on, and contributed to engaging discussions on 16 topics from insights to innovation, business case development do's and don'ts, road-mapping best practices, trends in product management, social media in healthcare, and much more.

The great discussions, shared passion for excellence, and connecting with like-minded professionals almost made me forget the perfect 85 degree sunny day outside:-)

My hats off to all who participated. See you next year!
